Modification of enclosures
The plastic case for the electronics is milled on a CNC machine. Milling is an ideal way to produce the required number of repeating elements, which is important for small-scale production. When milling, the surface and the ends are machined with high quality, which is difficult to achieve by machining with a hand tool. The CNC machine offers accuracy and working speed as well as the ability to handle different types of plastics.
CNC milling of materials such as PCV, organic glass, dibond, MDF, HPL, polycarbonate, PE polyethylene, other plastics, including aluminum.
The accuracy of the details produced is +/- 0.1 mm, and the maximum working area allows processing details of 3100x2100x300 mm thanks to the high quality of the processing machines, and thanks to the rigid construction and the spindle of 9 kW we can get very smooth edges on the processed metals.
Materials that can be laser cut can be processed on a laser machine.
- The operating zone of the cutting machine is 2000 x 1500 mm
- The 150 W CO2 laser tube is ideal for quick cutting
- The diameter of the laser beam is 0.3 mm
- Cutting accuracy +/- 0.3 mm
- Thickness of the processed material up to 20 mm
- The radius of the inner angle curve is close to 0.15 mm
